Available document type profiles (current)
DecoDocs currently includes dedicated analysis profiles for these document types.
- Contracts and legal: contract, employment contract, NDA, job offer, residential lease, commercial lease
- Business and policy: invoice, purchase order, privacy policy, terms of service
- General: letter, police letter/notice, presentation/pitch deck, marketing flyer, SOP/procedure
- General (continued): resume/CV, notes/journal, schedule/timetable, book/long-form text
Plan behavior and limits
Your plan controls analysis capacity and advanced processing availability.
- Anonymous and Free plans are budgeted for lighter usage
- Pro/Business are intended for higher volume (subject to fair-use)
- OCR for scanned documents is available on Pro-capable plans

When to change document type manually
Changing the type is useful when your document is uncommon or mislabeled.
- Use manual type selection when results look generic or off-topic
- Re-run analysis after changing type to apply the matching checklist
- Keep the type that gives the clearest and most actionable findings
