Plans and Limits

How analysis budgets, OCR for scanned PDFs, and upgrades work.

Which plan is right?

Pick the lowest tier that matches your documents and review volume. You can always upgrade later.

  • Anonymous: quick evaluation without sign-in (session-limited)
  • Free: light recurring usage (daily budget resets in UTC)
  • Pro/Business: higher volume and OCR support for scanned documents (fair-use can apply)

Current limits (as of 2026-02-17)

These figures are provided to help you plan usage and compare tiers. For the latest details, use the pricing page.

  • Anonymous: up to 20,000 tokens per identity session
  • Free: up to 40,000 tokens per day (UTC)
  • Pro/Business: no hard app-layer token cap (fair-use can apply)

How limits are measured

DecoDocs uses a token-based budget to measure text size and model work. The app will show your remaining budget and the next action when you hit a limit.

  • If you are blocked mid-flow, sign in (if anonymous) or upgrade (if you need more capacity)
  • Treat token numbers as approximate; document format and OCR can change usage
  • Use the pricing page for the latest plan details and any updated limits

When you should consider upgrading

Upgrade when your real workflow cannot be completed reliably on Anonymous or Free.

  • You regularly review long or complex documents
  • You need OCR for scanned or image-heavy PDFs
  • You want more predictable throughput for business-critical reviews
