Choosing the right tier

Pick the lowest tier that matches your document type and weekly review volume. Upgrades take effect immediately.

• **Anonymous**: For one-off evaluations. Limits are enforced per session and browser context.
• **Free**: For lightweight personal use ($0/mo). Up to 40k tokens/day, which covers most moderately sized text-based PDFs.
• **Pro**: For professionals ($5/mo). Adds OCR for scanned documents, 5GB private cloud storage, and priority access to vision models.
• **Business**: For small teams ($50/mo). Shared vaults for collaboration and unified billing for up to 5 users.

Subscription & Billing Policy

We use Stripe for all billing operations to ensure the highest level of security and convenience.

• **Immediate Upgrades**: When you upgrade from Free to Pro, you get instant access to OCR and higher limits.
• **Billing Cycle**: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually from the date of signup.
• **Cancel Anytime**: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• **Prorated Changes**: Plan changes are automatically prorated by Stripe, so you only pay for the time you use.

Limits and Token Budgets

Limits are based on 'tokens' (the work required for AI to process text). This is more accurate than simple page counts because it accounts for document complexity.

• Anonymous and Free users share a general pool; limits may be tighter during peak hours.
• Pro users enjoy significantly higher daily caps intended to cover a full professional workload.
• When a limit is reached, analysis is paused until your budget resets (daily at 00:00 UTC) or you upgrade.

Fair Use Policy

Pro and Business plans are intended for humans, not automated systems. We don't enforce a hard page cap because we want you to focus on your work, but we do monitor for automated scraping or reselling of the service.

• Normal professional use (even high volume) is fully supported.
• Automation, scripted bulk-processing, or account sharing is prohibited.
• If your usage looks like a bot, we may temporarily rate-limit the account and reach out to help you move to an API-based plan.
